Mission: To offer non-lethal solutions to pet overpopulation through affordable spay/neuter services and by placing pets in loving homes.

About Us:

• Established in 1996: Originally known as Arizona Animal Wildlife League of the White Mountains, we began with limited resources, rescuing 50-75 animals annually.

• Rebranding in 2003: A dedicated volunteer board transformed the organization into Pet Allies, Inc., initiating a robust spay/neuter program. With grant support, rescues increased to approximately 150 animals, and nearly 1,000 spay/neuter surgeries were performed each year.

• Clinic Launch in 2007: We opened a spay/neuter clinic, reducing surgery costs and offering wellness exams, vaccinations, minor surgeries, and dental cleanings, especially aiding low-income families.

• Shelter Management Since 2012: Partnering with the City of Show Low, we transformed a shelter with a 90% euthanasia rate to a 96% save rate, effectively achieving no-kill status.

Our Impact:

• Animal Care: Annually, our shelter accommodates over 1,200 animals, accepting strays and assisting pet surrenders when space allows.

• Spay/Neuter Services: Our clinic handles approximately 1,300 surgeries yearly for shelter animals and pets from low-income households.

• Volunteer Support: Volunteers are integral, generously donating their time to bolster our community services and programs.
